Private Law Theory

The intent is that this will be an in-person conference, so long as public health regulations permit, and subject to any changes the conference organisers may deem appropriate. The theme of the conference is: The Power and Limits of Private Law. We invite abstract submissions relating to the conference theme in the areas of torts, contracts, trusts, restitution, unjust enrichment, remedies, or other areas of Canadian private law where the topic is relevant to Obligations.
