New Frontiers in the Philosophy of Intellectual Property, edited by Annabelle Lever, is an important and wide ranging collection, focusing primarily on the philosophy of patents and copyrights from a variety of philosophical perspectives, including moral and political philosophy, philosophy of law, and philosophy of economics. Most of the chapters in the book stem from a conference on the philosophy of intellectual property at the Institute of Philosophy in London in May 2009.
