ABSTRACT
The essay looks at how legal academics within the volume write on ‘value’ as it relates to the intersection of law and money. The essay situates its reflections against a broader theoretical backdrop to suggest some constraints and openings in ‘value’ talk as it relates to law and money scholarship. The essay is a pre-final draft of the published chapter.
