ABSTRACT
The Remedies course, which should be the capstone of the third year of law school, is becoming a mere postscript. What replaced three separate courses, and was intended as a two-semester, six-credit-hour course, has gradually shrunk to half that (or less). It is rarely required for graduation despite its centrality to the law’s redress of wrongs. Students should advocate restoring Remedies to its proper place in the law school curriculum.
