CRG Murray, ‘The Radical Fringes of Tort Law’

ABSTRACT
This contribution considers public authority liability in the tort law of England and Wales. The argument advanced is that, whilst tort in itself is rarely considered to be a radical branch of law, it provides a unique outlet for challenges against certain harms.
