Abstract:
The article examines consequences of Brexit, Great Britain’s decision to leave the membership of European Union (EU), on English contract laws, as of December 2016. Topics discussed include post-Brexit settlement; different types of possible effect upon the practice and substance of English contract law; and provisions of European Communities Act 1972.
