Fundación Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Queso Manchego, CJEU, C-614/17, ECLI:EU:C: 2019: 344, 2 May 2019. According to the Court of Justice of the European Union, Don Quixote may not be used on a cheese label if the cheese does not originate from the La Mancha region in Spain.
