Call for Papers: 17th Transnational Commercial Law Teachers Meeting, University of Pittsburgh, 8-9 October 2026

Following the great success of the prior conferences in, among other locations, Tubingen, Manchester, Oxford, Heidelberg, Kyushu, Madrid, Perth, Santiago, Rome, and Greensboro, it is my great pleasure to invite you to the 17th Transnational Commercial Law Teachers Meeting that will be held on 8-9 October 2026 at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. As with the prior meetings we invite anyone interested in transnational commercial law to participate. Information about the conference and past conferences can be found at the conference website. For those who would like to present their work, we welcome papers on any topic that may be of interest to teachers, scholars, and practitioners of transnational commercial law, broadly understood. We particularly welcome papers that will address the theme of this year’s conference: ‘Transnational Commercial Law in Times of Change: The Challenges of Technology and Fragmentation and Opportunities for Reform’ … (more)
