ABSTRACT
This is a joint REPHRAIN and CGLI response to the UK government’s data protection law reform proposals which was submitted on 19 November 2021. The response is prepared by Dr Asma Vranaki, the Policy and Regulation lead of REPHRAIN and a CGLI member; Professor Andrew Charlesworth, a CGLI member and Francesca Farmer, a REPHRAIN research associate working on REPHRAIN’s LAWREG project.
