ABSTRACT
With the completion and implementation of the revision of the Civil Code, it is inevitable that the current information age that has entered the Civil Code needs to examine the provisions of the Civil Code on virtual property such as information. As the Civil Code, the basic law of citizen life, the specific provisions in it will have an immediate impact. This article intends to conduct a literal analysis of the provisions of the Civil Code concerning virtual property to explore the special attributes of virtual property itself, expound the current legislation from a practical point of view from the perspective of interpretive theory, and then regulate the civil law on data and virtual property.
