ABSTRACT
This article explores the potential to develop an image right in England and Wales to address the problem of unwanted photography, as encountered by the ordinary, everyday person. With much of the existing law on privacy focused towards public figures and celebrities, the law becomes of limited use to the everyday person in combatting unwanted photography, particularly that posted online.
